A Ceiba, sacred tree, grew from the center of the world to unite the sky and the earth.
Collectively, the group formulates a question for the XOC.
It is written on a small slip of paper and inserted into the hole at the base of the sculpture.
The jade Ceiba is “planted” in the center of the board, with the face of the sovereign (Ahau) facing north.
